To my wonderful dancers-
My husband just got his updated travel plans for the
upcoming year and it is crazy! Because of this I will not be able to teach
dance this year.
Last year I had my oldest son to help with driving my other
2 kids to events while I taught dance. He
will be off to college and not able to help me. I also lost 2 of my teachers to
college and it would be overwhelming to
try to balance all of my classes, and being a mom.
I have always believed it was more important to put my
family first, so I hope you understand why I have to cut back on teaching.
These are a few of the studios that are close by that I
think have good programs-
*Synergy Dance Company-( this is where my daughter tumbles
)and I am highly impressed with the program! Dancewithsynergy.com
*ADA- Very focused on
competitions. If you just want to take a technique class, I wouldn’t, Their
time and dedication goes into the competition teams.
*UDA -Very strong ballet base, great for those needing help
on technique
*Tiffany’s- I have seen improvement over the years with this
company, they lack a little in technique, but performance quality has improved
over the years.
* JL Soresenson- has some boys hip hop and break dance
classes. They also have youth classes.
You will always be Vizion dancers in my heart! Once I see
what my schedule is like I might be able to do a few solo classes. I am always here to give you advice on
studios and any dance questions you have!
I just want you to know how much I have loved being your
teacher and watching you grow as dancers! I will continue to watch you on your
journey! Keep me posted on all of the events in your life!
I will offer
technique workshops and solos throughout the year, I will keep you posted.
Also, Oakley might be able to also offer private lessons. I will let you know.
